Content Flow is currently a controlled-access tool. Accounts are created directly rather than through public sign-up. Using the tool requires an account you have been invited to.

You must only submit writing samples that you own or that you have permission to use for creating a style profile. You are responsible for the samples you submit. Content Flow is not designed for creating profiles from writing you are not authorised to use.

Content Flow drafts content using the profile and source text you provide. Drafts should be reviewed and edited before use. The tool does not guarantee that drafts are accurate, complete, appropriate for their intended context, or free of errors. Responsibility for the final content sits with the person publishing it.

Content Flow's outputs are provided as-is. They are drafts intended to support your writing, not finished content ready for publication. There is no guarantee that any output will be perfect or suitable for any specific purpose.

Content Flow is under active development. Features may be added, removed or changed. Access may be adjusted. These terms may be updated. Where changes affect how the tool handles data, the Privacy guide will be updated first.

How Content Flow handles writing samples, source text and generated drafts is explained in plain English in the Privacy guide. The short version: writing samples are analysed once and discarded; source text is not saved automatically; generated drafts are stored only if you choose to save them; profiles, saved outputs, versions and projects are stored in your signed-in workspace.
