Add examples of your writing
Paste a few pieces you’ve written and are happy to use, such as emails, updates or posts.
Add a few examples of your writing and Comms Flow builds a style profile from them. Use it to draft new messages, or to rework notes and drafts you already have, so they read more like you. You review everything before you use it.
Trying is free and needs no account. It uses two preset tones (Professional or Chatty), not a personal profile.

How it works
01
Paste a few pieces you’ve written and are happy to use, such as emails, updates or posts.
02
It analyses how you write and saves that as a style profile you can use again. The samples themselves aren’t kept.
03
Give it the facts, notes or a draft to work from. The result is guided by your profile, and nothing is saved until you choose to save it.
Quick try is separate. It writes a short draft in a general preset style, needs no account and doesn’t use a personal profile.

Privacy
Source writing samples are sent to the analysis API once and then discarded. They are not stored. Generating alone does not save your source material. If you choose to save an output, its supporting source and review evidence are stored with it in your signed-in workspace, where available, along with your profiles, output versions and projects.
Danger zone
Archives all currently active profiles. Archived profiles can be restored from Profiles → Archived. Saved outputs, versions and projects are not affected. Confirmation required.
To reset your password, you’ll be signed out and the reset-request form will open with your email filled in. The reset email is only sent after you submit that form and pass its security check.
Signing out will discard any unsaved work in Generate.
